  • NEW CLASS!  Strength & Core with Emily ~ Wednesdays 7-7:45am~ this class is off the bike featuring strength training & core conditioning.  This class is included in all unlimited packages, a 10 pack class pass or as a drop in. 

  • Tuesdays at 5pm will be on pause for January; we will resume this class as soon as possible!

Studio News!

  • It's our 4 year Spinaversary! We are offering a WELCOME BACK SPECIAL for anyone who has tried out our studio and hasn't been to class in over 90 days....Buy 4 classes get 4 free! That's 8 classes for $60...that's only $7.50 per class...an amazing value!  Classes must be used within 90 days of purchase.  The WELCOME BACK SPECIAL is available during the months of January & February.  

  • NEW 10 Pack Class Passes ($100); good for 180 days from date of purchase

  • Class minimums!  We need 3 people signed up 2 hours ahead of class to meet our minimum attendance.  Anyone signed up for a class that doesn't meet the minimum will receive a notification at least one hour ahead of class and will get an extra day added onto the current class package (for our unlimited members)

Class Descriptions:

Spin 60-Traditional Spin  60 minutes, includes warm-up & cool-down. Some classes include upper body conditioning w/ light weights on the bike

Spin & Tone-45 minutes Spin, 15 minutes full body toning w/bands

Tababta Spin & Strength-45 minute "express" class combines tabata rounds on the bike of spin & light weights upper body conditioning. Floor finisher of leg  strength & core conditioning

TBS Spin (Total Body Spin) - 45 minutes Spin  followed by upper body  strength w/ light weights on the beach, core conditioning on the floor & final stretch

Spin & Strength - Traditional Spin for 45 minutes followed by upper body strength training off the bike

Spin & Sculpt- 30 minutes of spin followed by Barre Inspired total body toning

Total Body Training w/ Dee ~ Interval style training for full body toning (cardio & strength intervals - spin bikes are not used so bring your sneakers to this class)

Strength & Core 45 minute class off the bike featuring strength training and core conditioning

Studio Policies & Procedures:

Sign ups in advance of class are required and are available up to 5 days prior to the class time

We recommend using our free app for sign ups & to manage your class registrations

If you are registered for a class and do not show or cancel at least 2 hours prior to class will result in a deduction of one day from your class package purchase

Classes with less than 3 registrations 2 hours prior to start time will be cancelled.  Any rider registered for a canceled class will receive an additional day on a class package purchase.
