Summer Schedule Updates

  • Sundays w/Kathy "Spin & Strength (45 minutes spin, strength off the bike)

  • Kathy's Tabata Spin Fridays 9am starts July 12th

  • Dee's Spring Series is ending in June....look for her to return this fall!

  • Summer Fridays w/Lara (TBS spin) starts June 21st (6am moves to 7am)

  • New Wednesday 9am class w/Kelly starts June 26th (TBS Spin - 45 minute spin, weights on bike, core on floor)

  • Tuesday 5pm will resume in the fall

  • Saturday Strength & Core Pop Up with "Sensei Mike B"!  30 minute upper body & core strength training pop up following the 8am spin class on Saturdays.  This class is free for package members ~ check the studio board each month for the date!

  • No Classes July 4th 

  • One morning class on July 5th ~ Supersized Spin & Strength w/ Lara (full sized spin followed by strength & core off the bike) 75 minutes

Studio News!

  • SPINGO IS BACK!  Get your game card in the studio & take classes to earn your "Spingo" prize tickets.  We will run SPINGO 2.0 this year from March 15-June 15.  We will welcome summer with a SPINGO PRIZE PARTY ~ Friday June 21st 5pm at The Pub in Matunuck!

  • COLLEGE STUDENT SUMMER SPECIAL!  $120 for unlimited spin (6/1-9/1)

Wednesday 6am w/Lara, 9:15am w/Dee ($10 per session) - last class 6/12), 9am w/Kelly (starts 6/26)

Thursday 9am w/ Lisa, 5:30pm w/Brian

Friday 6am w/ Lara (7am starts 6/21), 9:15am w/Dee-last class 6/7, 9am w/Kathy (starts 7/12)

Saturday 8am w/Lara or Brian

Sunday 8:30am w/ Kathy 

Pricing:

Drop in $15

Student, Military, First Responder Drop in $10

New Client special $20 for one week (up to 3 classes)

One month unlimited $60

We accept payments in studio~cash/check/venmo

Class Descriptions:

Spin 60-Traditional Spin  60 minutes, includes warm-up & cool-down. Some classes include upper body conditioning w/ light weights on the bike

Spin & Tone-45 minutes Spin, 15 minutes full body toning w/bands

Tababta Spin & Strength-45 minute "express" class combines tabata rounds on the bike of spin & light weights upper body conditioning. Floor finisher of leg  strength & core conditioning

TBS Spin (Total Body Spin) - 45 minutes Spin  followed by upper body  strength w/ light weights on the beach, core conditioning on the floor & final stretch

Spin & Strength - Traditional Spin for 45 minutes followed by upper body strength training off the bike

Spin & Sculpt- 30 minutes of spin followed by Barre Inspired total body toning

Total Body Training w/ Dee ~ Interval style training for full body toning (cardio & strength intervals - spin bikes are not used so bring your sneakers to this class)

Studio Policies & Procedures:

Sign ups in advance of class are required and are available up to 5 days prior to the class time

We recommend using our free app for sign ups & to manage your class registrations

If you are registered for a class and do not show or cancel at least 2 hours prior to class will result in a deduction of one day from your class package purchase

Classes with less than 2 registrations 2 hours prior to start time will be cancelled.  Any rider registered for a canceled class will receive an additional day on a class package purchase.

We will post any weather cancellations or emergency announcements on our APP "announcements/notifications" and/or our Facebook page
