Studio News!

  

  • SUMMER SPECIAL!  $175 unlimited spin from Memorial Day to Labor Day!

  • NEW 10 Pack Class Passes ($100); good for 180 days from date of purchase (6 months!)

  • Class minimums!  We need 3 people signed up 2 hours ahead of class to meet our minimum attendance.  Anyone signed up for a class that doesn't meet the minimum will receive a notification at least one hour ahead of class and will get an extra day added onto the current class package (for our unlimited members). Early am classes may be cancelled by 9pm the night before if the minimum is not met.

Pricing:

Drop in $15

Student, Military, First Responder Drop in $10

New Client special $20 for one week (up to 3 classes)

One month unlimited $60

10 pack class pass $100 (good for 180 days)

We accept payments in studio~cash/check/venmo

Class Descriptions:

Spin 60-Traditional Spin  60 minutes, includes warm-up & cool-down. Some classes include upper body conditioning w/ light weights on the bike

Spin & Tone-45 minutes Spin, 15 minutes full body toning w/bands

Tababta Spin & Strength-45 minute "express" class combines tabata rounds on the bike of spin & light weights upper body conditioning. Floor finisher of leg  strength & core conditioning

TBS Spin (Total Body Spin) - 45 minutes Spin  followed by upper body  strength w/ light weights on the beach, core conditioning on the floor & final stretch

Spin & Strength - Traditional Spin for 45 minutes followed by upper body strength training off the bike

Spin & Sculpt- 30 minutes of spin followed by Barre Inspired total body toning

Total Body Training w/ Dee ~ Interval style training for full body toning (cardio & strength intervals - spin bikes are not used so bring your sneakers to this class)

Strength & Core 45 minute class off the bike featuring strength training and core conditioning

Studio Policies & Procedures:

Sign ups in advance of class are required and are available up to 5 days prior to the class time

Find our APP on Spaces by Wix, use invite code CJFSD5

We recommend using our free app for sign ups & to manage your class registrations

If you are registered for a class and do not show or cancel at least 2 hours prior to class will result in a deduction of one day from your class package purchase

Classes with less than 3 registrations 2 hours prior to start time will be cancelled.  Any rider registered for a canceled class will receive an additional day on a class package purchase.
